1. PurposeGAIA SUITE is a professional software solution accessible remotely. Any subscription to our services implies acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Access to the solutionAccess to GAIA SUITE is secured by personal login credentials provided to the client. The client is responsible for their confidentiality and use.
3. Included servicesThe subscription includes:Access to the solutionOnboarding assistanceMaintenance (preventive and corrective)Regular data backups
4. Additional servicesCustom developments or additional services may be offered and will be subject to a separate quote.
5. PricingPricing consists of:An installation feeA monthly or annual usage fee, including fixed and variable charges based on usage
6. Billing and paymentServices are invoiced at the agreed frequency. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In case of delay, penalties may apply.
7. ResponsibilitiesThe client agrees to use the solution in accordance with the documentation and the defined technical requirements.
The provider agrees to ensure the availability, security, and ongoing development of the solution.
8. Intellectual propertyThe client is granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable right of use.
9. Data protectionGAIA SUITE complies with European regulations on personal data (GDPR).

10. TerminationThe contract may be terminated at the end of the term or in the event of breach. At the end of the contract, the client’s data will be returned in a standard readable format.
11. Limitation of liabilityThe provider’s liability is limited to the amount received under the terms of the contract.
