GAIA SUITE — Web version. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of the GAIA SUITE software solution, provided in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode.

GAIA SUITE is a professional software solution accessible remotely. Any subscription to our services implies acceptance of these GTCS.
Access to GAIA SUITE is secured by personal login credentials provided to the client. The client is responsible for their confidentiality and use.
The subscription includes:
Custom developments or additional services may be offered and will be subject to a separate quote.
Pricing consists of:
Services are invoiced at the agreed frequency. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In case of delay, penalties may apply.
The client agrees to use the solution in accordance with the documentation and the defined technical requirements.
The provider agrees to ensure the availability, security, and ongoing development of the solution.
The client is granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable right of use.
GAIA SUITE complies with European regulations on personal data (GDPR).

The contract may be terminated at the end of the term or in the event of breach. At the end of the contract, the client’s data will be returned in a standard readable format.
The provider’s liability is limited to the amount received under the terms of the contract.
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
